Venues & Ceremonies
How many wedding venues does Greek Peak offer?
Greek Peak offers four reception venues: The Lookout at Hope Lake, Meteora Center, Acropolis Ballroom, and Taverna.
How many guests can each venue accommodate?
The Lookout accommodates up to 240 guests, Meteora up to 180, Acropolis up to 250, and Taverna up to 160.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor ceremony locations?
Yes. Ceremony options include The Lookout’s indoor and Mountain View settings, along with the Portico, Gazebo, Hope Lake Atrium, and Mountain Top options for Meteora, Acropolis, and Taverna weddings.
Wedding Packages
What is included in a Greek Peak wedding package?
Wedding packages include ceremony time, cocktail hour, reception time, open bar service, dining tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, table numbers, glass votives, napkin color selection, a champagne toast, cake-cutting utensils, a wedding tasting, and wedding event coordination.
Is bar service included?
Yes. Open bar service is included with every wedding food package. The level and length of bar service depend on the selected dining collection.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Gluten-free and specialty products can be accommodated with advance notice. Your wedding team can help you review available options.
Planning & Coordination
Will we have a wedding coordinator?
Yes. An on-site Wedding Event Coordinator will help finalize your timeline, coordinate vendor arrivals, and manage venue-side details on the wedding day.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Couples are welcome to discuss their preferred vendors with our wedding team. We also maintain a list of preferred wedding professionals who are familiar with Greek Peak weddings.
Accommodations & Wedding Weekend
Is lodging available for our guests?
Yes. Hope Lake Lodge offers on-site accommodations, allowing guests to stay close to the wedding venues and resort amenities.
Is lodging included for the wedding couple?
Yes. Wedding packages include a two-night stay at Hope Lake Lodge for the wedding couple.
Can we host a rehearsal dinner or welcome reception at Greek Peak?
Yes. Greek Peak offers options for rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, thank-you breakfasts, and bridal showers as part of the larger wedding-weekend experience.
